| Abstract | ||
| This research deals with the African continent resources and investment opportunities which make it a source of competition for the power countries to secure those interests, as well as its strategic location which overlooks the ocean and seas that facilitates the transfer of energy sources smoothly and with minimal costs to the major powers. But these interests faced both natural and anthropogenic challenges. The research is divided into two sections. The first section deals with the economic importance of Africa and resources of energy like oil, gas, and coal. While the second section deals with the international challenges towards Africa which represented in the inner conflicts and military revolutions and political disturbance. | ||
