Abstract
Given the importance of this study being looking at one of the important topics absent from the list of research management in the field of sports management , namely, ( conflict management organizational ) made the researcher diagnosed the problem of the study as it is not the visibility of the importance of the effect of using a strategy of force to manage organizational conflict and limited interest in unions Sports in the Iraqi Olympic Committee . research was conducted on the sports federations in the Iraqi Olympic Committee, for the year , and since the problem in question require the event description for the research community , the researcher used the descriptive survey accessible manner to achieve the objectives of the current study. The researcher conducted a field experiment , which includes the distribution of questionnaires on the same search confined during the period between ( 14/04/2013 until 30/06/2013 ) on predefined Olympic federations , and after the end of the application procedures and forms and collection of ( 196 ) form , was unloading data as a prelude to subjected to statistical analysis to reach static testing and honest , was the use of appropriate statistical methods and applied through statistical bag (SSPS). View the findings of the researcher by extracting statistical results , analyzed and discussed, and the results of circles computational between variable studied and discussed and interpreted in the light of the literature and the results of previous research and existing expertise in this area so as to ensure the scientific explanation proper and logical to the back of the results of the search. The most important conclusions reached by the researcher through the search results were :  clear from this that the moderators of the Union tend to impose solutions capable of ending the conflict by force, or the sponsor finished him orders is debatable , and firmness in the issuance and follow - up of decisions regardless of the consent of the rest of the members , relying on formal authority in dealing with the conflict and limbs. In light of the findings the researcher recommended a set of recommendations , the most important :  need to use strategy derived from the power given to the administrative authority and put them in the right direction to ensure the safety of the work of the Union .
