Abstract
The social solidarity in Islam on the basis of intellectual and ideological stems from the heart of Islamic law that has made it a priority to complete the morals This was not the right imposed by the will power and algebra on the contrary systems of solidarity and social security in the modern era and completed forms after World War II, as a result of individual claims and associations, and a sense of governments that peace and security Alohliyn can not be achieved unless it is of interest, and extending a helping hand to individuals who need help and assistance to cope with the difficulties of life, while the idea of social solidarity in Islam the idea advanced beyond mere cooperation among the people, or to provide helper objects a time of weakness and the need for, and its building is not a social need, which imposes itself at a certain time or a particular place, but derives its social solidarity in Islam, its building of the principle of the decision in the law, which is the principle of state exchanged between believers in the community
