| The subject of this research is the problem of judicial application of the public pardon .In spite of increased of impor tance at last years because the governments In Iraq embodied numbers of decision of public pardon We divided this reswa rch to three parts .IN the first part discussed the conception of the public pardon In the second part I explain the problem of judicial application of public pardon IN the third part Iexplain the application of the Iraqi judicial from the pu blic l pardon I finished the research with con clu sion of the research and our ideas about public pardon. | ||
