| Abstract | ||
| The question revolves around determining criminal responsibility of the employee who refused to implement judicial rulings in obedience to the administrative boss Will is his failure cause of the reasons is permitted or not. Where we will discuss the concept of obedience and conditions and the extent of its impact on the responsibility of the employee who refused any form of abstinence. With reference to the impact of the measures stipulated by the legislator come up in this crime and of direct warning to the employee who refused and the legal period to deny knowledge of the illegality abstain even if pursuant to an order of the President. | ||
