Abstract
It was the emergence of a bow as a result of economic developments. Where those developments Led to an imbalance between economic forces and thus to a serious disparity between the contracting parties in economic terms. Undoubtedly that industrial and technological development and the subsequent massive diversity in services, goods and products impact the actor in the development of contracts and formats strengthen consumerism among individuals and urged them to contract without discussion or negotiation.
