| The inhibitory effect of some mercapto 1,2,4-triazols on the activity of human serum cholinesterase have been studied invitro. Different concentrations of these compounds were used to study the type of inhibition. The results from Lineweaver-Burk plot indicated that the inhibition type was competitive with a range ( 42.92 – 78.21 %) | ||
