| Abstract | ||
| Our scientific research has been devoted to the high position of Arab woman and her effectiveness in the history of the nation. I considered to limit it to one important feature in the Arab woman in the pre-Islamic era. It was high and effective position to which poets linked her. On this basis, I named my research "Position of Arab Woman and Her Effectiveness in the Pre-Islamic Poetry. I was keen at timing it in the pre-Islamic era in order that it becomes known by all that the Arab woman position is represented in a number of values and commended qualities like chastity, , purity, generosity, courage, esteem, and higab etc. These are important values and qualities owned by Arab woman since she was created by God until today . I concentrated on studying this phenomenon in the pre-Islamic period after I had been that there are people who make error and think that pre-Islamic poetry had illustrated woman as a means of enjoyment for man and this enjoyment will disappear after he achieves his purpose, and cheap commodity for repression and blackmail and he neglected her other aspects although we feel when we read this poetry that he admits inherently that woman is not as body enjoyment only, but she is other things that play important role in the positive effective world. | ||
