| 1- The communal discretion was worked by the ancients and it is not new-born, because it is on the top of the individual discretion and under the communal, it is near to Allah right rule and it has great importance, and many reasons confirmed by its confirmation, because it depends on the practical and jurisprudence consultation. 2- The communal discretion renew the Islamic jurisprudence vitality by accompanying the legal rules for all new developments. 3- The communal jurisprudences and advisory communities are the perfect way to achieve the communal discretion | ||
