Abstract
Became the unemployment phenomenon roiling Iraqi society, particularly young graduates, where the percentage of graduates from universities and colleges have increased the rate of inflation, which requires a serious stand and a determined effort by the government, private and society in general to put an end to this phenomenon of chronic and find appropriate solutions to get rid of Iraq is one of the countries that embrace thisscourge of social and economic terms that this phenomenon is not new, However, after the fall of the former regime have increased graduate unemployment in the country in general for many reasons, including the resolution, which was issued from the Coalition Provisional Authority, which includes the cancellation of a number of ministries, including defense, media and other terms of increasing the resolution of the phenomenon of unemployment in the Iraqi street, in addition to the difficult security conditions that preventedthe arrival of Iraqi youth to some realization that perhaps will make them threatening danger and this is due to acts of terrorism and terrorists, who have long sought to ruin this country and the destruction of his people also contributed to the faltering private sector for a long period of time in the aggravation of this problem where lost his possibility of polarization of the number of graduates along the lines of whatit exists in many developed countries. The lack of harmonization prepare graduates with the needs of the ministries are becoming an obstacle to this slot enlightened and-looking, which owns the real energy and the potential to push the development process of the country the responsibility to find solutions to the problem of accumulation of graduates still lost among government agencies themselves and between government agencies and the private sector on the other hand, which is expectedthat no jobs for thousands of graduates from universities and technical institutes and professional, but this is still far-fetched expectation.
