| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to identify the reality of the Central public Library in the Tikrit follow the approach case study) in research and collected data through interview and observation and two models of the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of society under the first model to the staff of the library and the second of the beneficiaries were selected random sample of them numbered (50) drawing were analyzed answers the sample has been used percentages in the statistical analyzes the questionnaire included many questions which have been identified on the of the public library under study The results of the study was the most important of many the weakness of financial allocation earmarked for the library which negatively affects the size and type of services they provide and the lack of staff with competence in information science and libraries the study suggested that there be a special budget for the library and is an annual to enable them to carry out its duties to the fullest | ||
