| Part I This has included introduction and a statement of the nature of the problem and the importance and focused on the importance of measuring the transformational leadership of coaches, sports clubs and study aims to build and apply scale transformational leadership and the development levels of standardized scale transformational leadership in addition to disclosure of knowledge scale transformational leadership with coaches sports clubs. Part II: This section included theoretical studies definitions of transformational leadership and the basic elements of transformational leadership and addressed to the coach Sports Part III: This included the research methodology and procedures field and the researcher used the descriptive style survey for being more curriculum appropriate to the nature of search For the sample has the researcher to choose a sample search as deliberate has been divided into two parts the first to design procedures and building measure and was second for the purpose of the application form measure in its final form. Part IV: The presentation, analysis and results discussed and detect the level measurement of transformational leadership in sports club coaches.
