| The importance of research in the workout style training compound that incorporate the exercises weightlifting and Allaaometruc together because of their role to develop speed-strength and affecting in a basketball game , especially when the performance skills of defense and that has already been proved that this method is successful in other sports such as track and field wrestling , football, handball , research problem came during a follow-up to the games local county level and some of the league matches of Iraq that the level of performance of the players begin to decline until it reaches in the fourth quarter to an inability to perform well for the skills . , and the goal of research is to identify the impact of the training compound for the development of power characteristic speed and its impact on the level of performance skills defensive basketball for the experimental group . And the imposition of the researchers and the presence of a positive effect of the training compound for the development of speed-strength and performance level defensive basketball skills for the experimental group . It was concluded that the use of composite training method has a big role in raising the level of force of all kinds ( speed-strength ) to different parts of the body ( arms and legs ) for basketball players applicants . Recommendation was the need to use compound exercises style training to develop speed-strength for basketball players . And the adoption of exercises prepared by researchers and applied in the curriculum coach to develop the level of speed-strength | ||
