| Abstract | ||
| In the present work is studying the parameters of the semiconductor laser used in the transmitter circuit in the laser levelling system. The second stage of this research includes the setting up of the laser levelling system and proving that the work of this system is by choosing laboratory area and applying the work of the system on the chosen area. This system includes three circuits: The transmitter circuit, the receiver circuit and the display circuit The transmitter circuit consists of the laser pointer which represents the main part of this Study The Parameters of the Semiconductor Laser Ziad - Ibrahim - Hanan 52 circuit, and includes also the oscillator circuits which consist classic timer chip (555), power transistor (2N3055), and other small parts, these circuits are used to ensure the operation of each circuit with high frequency which is about (10MHz). The second circuit, is the receiver circuit, consists of two important parts - the photodiode detector and amplifier circuits. This detector (BPW106) is one of the photon detector types, and the amplifier circuit contains the main parts which are the operational amplifier (741) and transistor (BC107). The receiver signal can be detected by the display circuit, which is represented by the sound circuit. | ||
