Abstract
The study on the five- sections , as noted researcher at the forefront of research into the contribution of sports medicine significantly in protecting players from exposure to infections that may become a hindrance to the progress of the player's level . The research problem lies in that the result of the lack of research on the rehabilitation of the wrist joint injuries and lack of attention to some of the coaches and players this injury , felt researcher conducting a pilot study for the rehabilitation of injured wrist joint rupture of players includes fencing means qualifying The study aimed to 1 - Preparation of a program using paraffin wax and exercises to rehabilitate torn wrist injury 2 - Understand the impact of the program of paraffin wax and exercises in the rehabilitation of injured wrist rupture The research hypotheses Vtmthelt the following: 1 - There is a positive effect for the use of paraffin wax and exercises in the rehabilitation of injured wrist rupture The second section , this section has been included to give a clear idea of rehabilitation and wrist injuries The third sections , the researcher used the experimental method style groups equal with measurement ( tribal - dimensional ), while the included research community on the players duel applicants in clubs Karbala province amounted research sample (5) athletes , where the Group takes program paraffin wax with exercises qualifying , and after conducting tribal tests have been applied to the software used to access the results of which are to achieve the goals of the research. The fourth section has been presented data and analyzed and discussed the data and processed statistically using the test Allamwalima delusional Mann Whitney test , and the results Caucasians and through researcher reached several conclusions of the most important 1 - The results showed that there is a qualifying program effectiveness in using paraffin wax to improve the range of motion and reduce pain scores 2 - the program's positive impact Qualifying prepared to reduce the duration of rehabilitation , which was at a rate ( 21 days ) when compared to the duration of the application of the program , which was the rate of rehabilitation (8 weeks) to other rehabilitative programs and to ensure that the speed of the players return to practice sports activity
