| Abstract | ||
| This study aimed to identify the impact of Tripp Mtaulp force on some variables Albyumkanikip of the barrier and its effectiveness on the 400 meter hurdles, The researchers used a descriptive approach to a sample which been chosen intentionally from Basra runners of that season 2010 (4) runners, were chosen the endurance trainingwas done , and then tested . Aafter processing the data statistically the researchers concluded the following . 1 – The effect of the approach used on the development of Mtaulp strengths and endurance of the research sample . 2 - The Mtaulp has a good effect in improving the performance variables before. 3 - The development of endurance with the development of step before the hurdle . | ||
