| Abstract | ||
| psychological state Is important for the referee to prepare him before and during the match , psychologist must put in his mind the technical characteristics of teamwork . One of cases that face referee is the psychological emotional responses , there are negative emotional responses lead to influence the referee at the required level of performance. On the contrary, there is a positive emotional responses are working on the stability level for the referee. These are all linked closely linked to the psychological factor. In addition there is no test field of the referee in the area of decision-making where conditions are different for each referee from match to another . This research aims to : 1 – identifying the relationship between emotional response and decision-making level of the second-class football referee in Iraq. 2 – designing a computer program to assess the referees decision. The researchers used the descriptive manner relations and connectivity for nature of the search. Researchers have identified the research community who are the second-class football referees in Diwaniya number (25) referees. Then the researcher chose in the same way the simple random search and the number (8) accounted for referees and members of (32%) from the original community. Conclusions : 1 - There is a high correlation between emotional response and decision-making with the football referees . 2 - that the emotional response of the football referees have an important role in providing what could be provided by the referee during matches . Recommendations: 1 - paying attention to emotional response because of its important role in identifying the truth capabilities of the referees during matches. 2 – building training programs that interest in psychological qualities football referees and link them to decision-making of the referees . | ||
