| 1- It has to get great care in studying the speech and practicing speak skills 2- The Endowment ministry or which represents has to check the speeches and the dais should not stood only by the most skillful. 3- The mosque library should provide by the most important sources that enrich the speaker thinking 4- The concentration on the training courses for speakers and carrying practices for them for continuous skills gaining for the speaker. | ||
