| Abstract | ||
| The research includes the following : The first chapter ,which included the introduction and the importance of research ,its summarize that the importance of the current study raise the level of performance skills to the movements of defense ( straight ,half circular , diametric , ring ) for the student of third stage physical education college – University of Al-Qadisiya , respecting the problem through the researcher's acknowledgment at the student of third stage physical education college – University of Al-Qadisiya found weakness in the performance of defensive movements by swordplay .Reading the objectives of the research which is to identify the impact of the method of self-learning by using the teachers material ( imperative ) to learn the defensive movements by swordplay , identifying on any two methods (self-learning or methods used by teacher's material ( imperative ) better in learning defensive movements by swordplay , the hypotheses were available of significant statically differences between the two tests pre and posttest for the experimental group used a method of self-learning and the control group , which used the method of the subject teacher ( imperative ) and for the post-test , and the presence of statistically significant and the control group , which used the method of the teacher's material ( imperative ) in the post-test and in favor of the experimental group , while the research methodology included the research method whereas researcher used the experimental method for suitability of the nature's research , and the research's sample formed of ( 40) of students' community , based on ( 192) students from the student of third stage physical education college – University of Al-Qadisiya for the academic year 2012-2013 , also the methods using in the research that has included also the fourth chapter which viewing the results and discussion , analysis , as research has included chapter five , which deal with the conclusions and recommendations that its conclusions were as following : The effectiveness of each method of self-learning and the method used by teacher's material ( imperative ) to learn the defensive movements contained searching swordplay weapon , learning style of self-learning defensive movements by swordplay , the most important recommendations are : conducting researches and studies to determine the impact of self-learning defensive movements by swordplay which are difficult to teach the learners on swordplay and the two other weapons ( swordplay and saber ) , conduct research and studies to determine the effect of other methods to learn the composed and difficult movements by swordplay and the two other weapons ( swordplay and saber ) . | ||
