| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the research: 1 – Preparation on walking exercises in different speeds on Altredmal . 2 - Investigating the effect of walking exercises in different speeds on the rehabilitation of people with high blood pressure. The Procedures of the field research: The research procedures there performed using the experimental method on a sample of (20) in people with high blood pressure, age (43) of the city of Baghdad The researcher used walking exercises different speeds and has tests before and after using the device for measuring the level of blood pressure. The Researh Conclusions: The researcher has reached at these conclusions: 1-The walking exercises in different speeds have a positive impact in the rehabilitation of people with high blood pressure from a health point of view . 2- The walking exercises different in speeds contributed to the widening of blood vessels and correcting their work. | ||
