| Abstract | ||
| This research aims to make some modifications to the cost accounting systems to provide information regarding the analysis of customer profitability in order to strengthen the negotiation ability of the marketing department by adopting the case study method. The research found that it is not necessarily that the best customer who the company made biggest profit from him during the financial period because there is a hidden costs related to the company which is not show the current accounting systems, therefore, the research recommend to use ABC system to reduce the costs. | ||
