| Targeted search current stand on the role of environment variables Entrepreneurship in promoting intellectual capital in the light of the views of a sample of managers and heads of departments and administrative units in the corporate research sample who were randomly selected from employees in various departments of these companies, To this consensus has been designed form questionnaire prepared for this purpose and distributed to members of the sample who numbered ( 38 ) person and after analyzing the data obtained to benefit from the correlation coefficients and regression to the research variables and the previous provide a theoretical framework prepared by the researchers concluded the researchers to a number of results was in the light of crystallization by matching conclusions confirm the role of environment variables Entrepreneurship in promoting intellectual capital and led those conclusions Balbagesan to reach some suggestions for companies research sample, which confirmed the importance of paying Multi Entrepreneurship adequate attention by managers and heads of departments and administrative units together towards further enhance the intellectual capital. | ||
