| Abstract | ||
| This present study aims at testing and analyzing the correlation of Intellectual Capital components and its impact on the Total Quality Management according to managers point of view in the state company of medical medicine & apparatus/ Niniva and the state company of manufacturing house furniture / Niniva. In order to achieve that , the study has formulates the follwing hapothesis tested on : there is a correlation and impact between the content of intellectual capital and the total quality management .The hypothesis was tested on certain statistical techniqes . many primory and branches hypotheses tested by statistical techniques . The study has conducted a questionniere to collect data manifested on (57) managers .The study has come up whith many major conclusions as follows : There is a significant correlation relationship between intellectual capital components and Total Quality Management . According to these conclusions, the study introduce many recommendations. | ||
