| The State's obligation to compensate the victims of mistakes cubital military is a legal obligation، as State is committed to carry out the tasks that are unable individuals do and the task of protecting the individuals at the top of these tasks، especially as the state has monopolized for itself the right of punishment if caused the state to its activities military damage to others and injured individuals damaged to shorten the state in its procedures and errors followers Here, the state is obliged to pay compensation to those affected by these mistakes and are entitled to those affected and their families claim the state for damages afflicted with the development of societies and the advancement of civilization issued state legislation calls for individuals to refrain from requiring their own and the existence of legislation to prevent individuals from acquiring weapons and made possession a crime as well as pledged to the State under the Constitution to protect individuals and ensure compensation for any of them are at risk، and issued under the laws of the state committed to pay compensation to those affected by the mistakes cubital military. | ||
