| The Soviet Union had a lot of events of internal political, economic and social during the period 1918-1939,the form of the political regime had changed, which ruled Tsarist Russia for a long time, and appeared new ideology was socialism that brought the concepts and principles of political, economic and social caused a radical change in Russian society and spread its effects to the rest of the regions of the world and the Soviet Union has become a major international power. And this research for the study of these developments and their impact on Soviet society in various field especially when it was not looking independent scientific study. The research found a number of conclusions to the most important success of the Russian Revolution and reform measures taken large, was the preparation of a new constitution in July 1918 as the text of the Constitution of the Soviet Union on Russia to be a socialist state, federal Soviet Republic. | ||
