| Search terms included on the five-door: First door / as lies the importance of research in the nature of the requirements of basic skills' body which skills equilibrium (front - Ganbe- rear), which require presence of equilibrium after performing a camel motor which is one of the requirements of the performance on your carpet floor exercise and installed in the International Arbitration Rules of the men, so the player that he has the ability to balance and maintain the development of the body in the steadiness when his performance of the skill, and from this point of view has become the urgent need to prepare special exercises proposed, working to improve the skill poise and performed properly and well after the sentence kinetic, prompting the researcher to adopt the theme of this research in order to contribute in the advancement of the process of training and education in the sport of artistic gymnastics. Research Goals 1 numbers suggested exercises to improve balance among some of the skills of young players gymnastics 2 to identify the differences between the results of some tests the skills of poise at gymnastics junior players before and after the experimental and control groups. 3 to identify the differences between the experimental and control groups in tests of skills equilibrium among players gymnastics junior posteriori. Research hypotheses: 1 that the proposed exercises a positive impact in improving the skills of some equilibrium among players gymnastics beginners. 2 the existence of significant differences between the results of some tests the skills of balance with players gymnastics before and after the experimental and control groups for the benefit of the results of the post tests. 3 significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the results of some tests the skills of equilibrium among players gymnastics junior posteriori and in favor of the experimental group. Part II / has been addressed to the importance of the skill sets of poise and skill set of equilibrium Part III / researcher used the experimental curriculum, either research sample included the (10) players and the way the researcher used a video camera and displayed on the experts to evaluate the performance of technical skill, as well as the researcher to apply the suggested exercises within the curriculum prepared. Part IV / and it has been present and discuss the results. Part V / conclusions and recommendations where the researcher to conclusions: 1 results showed poise skills (front and back and side) of the experimental group offers a posteriori tests on tribal tests. 2 results showed poise skills (front and back and side) of the control group provides a posteriori tests on tribal tests. 3 results showed poise skills (front and back and side) provide experimental group that used exercise within the proposed curriculum to the control group and this is what the results showed differences in computational circles. But what is most important recommended by the researcher / make sure to use the exercises within the proposed curriculum because of its effect on the development of the balances of all kinds (front and back and side) with gymnastics junior players. | ||
