Abstract
Developing the agencies of the government administration has become serious to meet the needs of facing the different kinds of challenges. The development is supposed to keep pace with changes and improve the management of state resources and interact with citizens in order to provide excellent services to them so as to keep on developing. This research aims at shedding some light on the importance of the administrative reform in strengthen the efforts of sustainable overall development and presenting the proposals that ensure the development and reform of the government agencies as a starting point to promote and support the sustainable development efforts. The present study adopts the descriptive analytical method, which focuses on the literature put forward in the science of management in its different fields. It is show that the administrative reform makes the premise and first step of the comprehensives development. The reason behind that it takes into account the social, administrative and economic aspects. It has also updated and improved the performance of the administrative agency of the state to consolidate its abilities
