Abstract
Abstract The research problem is the weakness of learner's performance level, and the existence of some mistakes in performance may be accompanied in the future, and will be hard to get rid of, thus, making the accuracy of getting the ball to the right place difficult. The researchers attribute the reasons of this to the lack of diversity in teaching methods, lack of use means and helping tools in teaching progress, the research aimed identify the effect of exercises using means and teaching tools in developing the performance of some volleyball basic skills. The researchers used the experimental method by the style of two equal groups, by random selection on (16) students from the third stage in Physical Education College/ Dyala University, they were divided into two equal groups, the experimental and the controller, The exercises were done though (24) educational unit, as two educational units per week, the time of fulfillment the exercises of each unit was (30) minutes. Based on the results, the researchers reach a number of conclusions, the most important of them was:- 1- The exercises using helping tools, and exercises without using helping tools prepared by the subject teacher, have affective effect on developing the performance accuracy of skills still in studying progress. 2- The exercises using helping tools, is more effective than the exercises without using the helping tools in the development of skills still in studying progress.
