Abstract
The football game is considered as the first popular sport in the world, because of what the enjoys this game of exciting whether spectaculars and players , whereas become the first game that attract millions of people in different ages , religions , social , cultural and sport levels as TV. Attendees or direct viewers , the sport media emerged by impact on the population and the workers in this field likewise .whereas the sport news in all over the world by virtue of the wide diffuse of mass media of industrial development on the other hand , spreading use the radio , internet and satellite channels with all its different kinds and tendencies , which lead to quick transfer of the information , the importance of the research found by deal with professionalism of the football players of sport media , besides all the problems due to lack of measurement throughout known the players elite professionalism in Iraqi tournament thought the mass media . The most important aims: 1-Built and develop and identify measure on the professionalism the soccer players in Iraqi tournament by sport media. 2-Identifying the level of soccer player's professionalism in Iraqi tournament by sport media. The researcher has used the descriptive method of research by survey system to appropriate the problem nature. In order to achieve the research aims it has been measured the professionalism through basics and steps to build the process, it has been treated the data by using (SPSS). The total research community was (707) players for whom taking part in the experiment (280) players the sample then divided into (180) players for the build sample and set aside (10) players due to not complete their answers on the form of measurement of build sample while whom experienced the questionnaire (10) players of Najaf club whom from out the sample of the research , in order to apply the measurement on application sample that reached (100) players , the research's sample (39,60) players of research's community . Through the presentation, analysis and discussion the results it has been reached the most important conclusions: 1-It has been achieved a build measurement of soccer players professionalism from the sport media in Iraqi tournament. 2-The management bodies for the sport clubs have a clear and active impact on the professionalism work for players from sport media by the achieved results. The researcher has recommended on light of the conclusions after recommendations: 1-Using the measurement of soccer player's professionalism of the sport media in Iraqi tournament. 2-Working on provide all the requirement and the tools that used in sport media and requests to cover the works for all professional players
