Abstract
Abstract: The present research aims to study the importance of human capital and invest it ,it becomes a basic point in economic growth strategies .this importance had been confirmed in samples and studies of modern growth which refers to close relation between them .the growth in development of human abilities and acquired orientation and skills ,this is led to distinguish between quality and quantity sides for human beings .
