Abstract
Abstract Objective of this research is to a statement the possibility of benefiting from a total quality management system in the local industrial companies form which can be regarded as a key element of performance evaluation. And clarify the system and components on which it is based, and the extent to which the auditor of the quality management system in the performance of his work. Use the Find a case study approach and search out a number of results was the most prominent of the following: 1 - longer tests the performance audit of the auditor and means in order to obtain a sufficient understanding of the internal control system of the unit to be audited for being the first step, which relied upon to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the system 2 - The quality management system of the modern and important topics in the field of production and operations management, As it provides the company producing products with high quality and low cost to suit the tastes of customers. 3 - that the commitment of installations procedures Quality Management System (TQM) gives the impression to the auditor shall be strong internal control system. 4 - the company has succeeded in applying a section of the Quality Management System Procedures TQM and by Aktrmen (74%) of the procedures and produce products with good specifications. 5 - Application of the TQM system led to increased production in the factories that apply this style, which led to increased sales and reduced costs, and also led to a reduction of more damage. 6 - either in the laboratory, which does not apply the quality management system auditor For allocate more time and more effort and directing a number of assistants. As the most prominent proposals were as follows: 1 - attention workers and try to involve them in the decision-making process. 2 - interesting company research sample the ongoing developments in the field of quality management in order to increase the effectiveness of the system. 3 - Work on the training of personnel on the use of quality management system constantly and harder to not be the target of the application of this system is simply a reaction or response without his mask directed the relevant bodies. 4 - increased attention to maintenance, which play an important role in the control of production processes and keeping it at the level that achieves the required precision.
