| Effective (400 m) hurdles today occupies a prominent place among the events bride games (league and field) through fans and and practitioners, where it is one of the activities of athletics which is characterized by speed and power, excitement and suspense, which is evident through the competition continues to break records and achieve the highest degree achievement, and now this development and clear on both the Arab and world through the convergence of the results recorded, where the evolution of the level Arab Digital for this event as one of the top three global figures at the present time and has his time (47.20) and the Registrar as sports Saudi Arabia (Hadi Alsuaan) compared to the number world record name American (Kevin Yank) of (46.80) The problem with research in the number of steps confined between the starting line and even inhibitor first, which amounts to distance (45 m) where interrupted by the players club Nasiriyah B (27-26) step, while interrupted by players at the local level, especially the players of the national team (21-23) Step Therefore Arti researchers studying this problem. The researchers used the experimental design of one group to fit the nature of the problem.
