| Abstract | ||
| The Total Quality Management is regarded as a new access and managerial philosophy established mainly as a manner of work and a means for developing the performance of organization in order to achieve high quality The preparation of Quality system according to the need of the International qualities (ISO: 9002 2000) and the minds to the importance of this notion gives priority in administering the industrial organization. The present study depends on a logical sequence in studying, analyzing and finding out scientific and logical results in addition to identifying the possibility of using or practicing and making a use of it as well in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company under study aiming at getting standardized criteria . In both Aspects, i.e. theoretical and practical, the both researchers have found out some conclusions. As for as the first aspect is concerned, quality has a special importance in companies and organizations regardless of their kinds. The carelessness or neglecting the establishment of the suitable systems for administering it may threaten the existence of the company. It also deals with a total work-system which reflects the performance- limits in activities power. In the second as pact, there is a gap between the quality and the real state of the company, there is no identified policy in addition to the lack of Quality files. Turning to recommendations, the executive part should be given a special and high attention, and be agreed upon by the main Administration . This can be performed by the practical procedure of finding the suitable designed system, that suits the quality requirements, to work with. Paying attention to the process of documentation will also be helpful here. A review should be made for the administration components "organizational structure" and creating a section for ISO which should be managing by the quality-control Manager, will also be necessary. | ||
