| Abstract | ||
| This research deals with the management of psychological burnout through measuring of its dimensions and relations with demographical variables. The importance of this research may be pointed out by the attempt of finding out the links between the burn out and other aspect related and measured. The main objectives of this research are to find out this phenomenon among the research sample and to measure its aspects and dimensions. This objective is achieved through fifty questionnaires that distributed and answered by fifty academic staff, then statistically analyzed. Conclusions and recommendations are reached and offered. | ||
