Abstract
The research contains: research realization include introduction and research importance to be clear in study the active memory and its effect in teaching activity at the student and property measurement it with new and right teaching through exploitation computer instrument in measurement activity .. Research text in questions. qWhat's the level of (active memory) that idiom the first stop advancement the information and to memorize it the memory for a long time at fourth grade students after prescription four years study to the student suffer from experiments forgetting and reminding in lectures and tests . q Case exploitation modern instrument in test and measurement activity in sports education and at the head computerinstrument. qIs there attest specialist to measurement (the memory) irrespective about its kind for the sports education student. Research aims was; 1- Design and application attest to measurement the level of (active memory) for fourth grade students in sports education college /Basra university academic year "2013-2014" 2- Definition degrees and standard levels to test (active memory) for fourth grade students in sports education college /Basra academic year "2013-2014" 3- Assessment the level for (active memory) to fourth grade students in sports education college /Basra university academic year "2013-2014" As to research context was: Human context: fourth grade students in sports education college Basra university academic year "2013-2014" Time context: time stage happening between "18-2-12013" till "25-3-2014" Location context: laboratory computers and academic halls in sports education college Basra University. As to theory study include (memory understood/ memory kinds/sensible memory / short – range memory (active memory)/ long time memory / the memory measurement. As to field effectuation for research include (research method and its field effectuation so that use descriptive method in comprehensive study also include society and sample research they are fourth grade students in sports education college , besides instruments and used tools ,field effectuation for test design, investigate experiment ,scientific steps according attest) (counting constancy modulus in similar photographs way , counting truth modulus (external , inside uniformity ) counting objectivity test , main experiment , application way main experiment , statistics implements that used in the research ) The research contain extend test results (zainab sportive stm 013) and analysis it, standard degrees for the test, standard levels for the test, extend the levels and standard degrees for the test and discussion it. The research includes conclusions and commendations so that to matter the conclusions: 1- The test (zainab sportive stm 013) that design to measurement effective memory level the test really success to measurement Effective memories level the fourth grade students in sports Education College. 2- The largest number from research sample centralize at the level (medial) about the assessment effective memory level they’ve got while to be divided the remainder number between (very good) and (good) and acceptable). The importance commendation the researches get to: 1- The test application on fourth grade students in other sports Education College and performance the comparison between the doing level at college students. 2- The lest application at team players and clubs players and performance comparison between doing level the students and the players to recognize which is best level in effective memory.
