Abstract
Conclusion Praise be to Allah who helped us to complete the search by his blessing and bounty , peace and blessings of Allah be upon him of the prophet Mohammed and his family and companions and followed them in kindness and guided of guidance and followed them of the Sunnah to day of religion . Must register at the conclusion of the following results: • The public have mercy of Allah have been forbid of this type of sales but Shaafa'is has put his conditions. • That the sale receive stirrups hurt the free market and society great harm . • This issue showed opposes advantages two public advantage and private advantage, then must providing the public advantage to private advantage. • The means of communication have facilitated it to dealers by telling them at the market price everyday , that in developed countries , but these methods are almost non-existent or not used for this purpose , especially ( the net ) because the more who are working in agriculture do not care for these means either they did not know how or who they sell does not need to use these methods . • The base ( Do not damage and no damages ) to control the issue of receiving stirrups inviolable ; because we look at what is the outgrowth of this sale of damage in the market. • Because the sale receive stirrups where the meaning of a monopoly in the obsession on the goods for less cost than the price of the market and sell the highest price and so detrimental to the present or the apparent , and it is forbidden to receive the stirrups is to protect the people and raising the fall of its critical and the guardian control over such actions to protect the consumer , and thus protect market . And Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah the Allah and his companions and followed them in kindness until the Day of religion .
