| Abstract | ||
| After this minor effort cringed from the hands of the Lord is capable mention the most important findings are summarized as follows: First : the Quran is the first reference and the main source of which is due to all other sources . Second: The forensic evidence are all compatible harmonic non- conflicting . Third: the evidence for transport or mental lacks one to the other , because the inference Portables ( text ) to have to consider ( Opinion - painstaking) , and the opinion does not count unless legally based on the transferee . Fourth: The measurement is due to the text and the appearance of the rule of Allah, because the measurement alone does not indicate the legal provisions on the operation , but the evidence of the book of al-Quran , or a sunnah or consensus ; and the gauger work on it and only addition branch silent with evidence provided to the university reason.
