| The importance of agriculture through the role played by the process of economic construction and social in the countries of world and especially developing countries, Iraq is the countries with the nature of agricultural and enjoy the agricultural potential large in terms of arable land in addition to the abundance of the preparation of the agricultural labor force, as well as potential investment continuous and the allocation of investments in various fields of national economy, while the enjoyment of the country the situation is continuing to provide a surplus of foreign currency which directly contributed to the process of financing major projects are large and therefore requires updating this sector to provide the proper environment for the completion of the technical and the use of appropriate technologies as widely among farmers.
