| Consider Turkey to the Arab region in terms of vital interests, where the first Arab countries constitute an excellent market for Turkish goods which are in the competitiveness of the region do not enjoy it necessarily in the European market. Secondly constitute the Arab region with its reserves of energy factor attracting exceptional importance for Turkey, which is increasing the demand for oil and gas to two factors: the growing capabilities of the Turkish economy and Turkey's ambition to become a conduit for energy supplies to Europe and to enhance the strategic repositioning. Thirdly, there is the Turkish security interests, because the play a regional role in the region means to participate in determining the regional agenda and access lines Turkish defenses beyond the scope of possible Turkish territory . The importance of this study The importance of this study from the fact that Turkey is a regional countries actors in the Arab scene in general and the scene of the Gulf in particular, and characterized the relationship Arabs, Turkey being the good neighborly relations based on mutual trust between the two sides since not long Bgosair, and took root this relationship is pivotal in depth history making Turkey Login with them in dialogues and agreements with key economic importance g defensive strategic bilateral or multilateral nature.
