Abstract
The maize crop of important crops in the world. Consumes, directly or indirectly by millions of the world's population. Moreover, (75%) than intervention in the grain diet of poultry to contain a high percentage of carbohydrates. It can also enter in the composition of the flour prepared for human consumption as well as intervention in many industries, including oil, starch, movies and Alsellovin, packaging, paints and paper. In spite of the attention by the state of this crop is important but the marketing operations of interest in this crop did not receive the required attention in spite of the economic and food.
