Abstract
Objective of this research was to shed light on the causes of banking crises, which often causes economic and financial, with a focus on a group of South East Asia, as well as clarify the effects of cash to the banking crises of these countries because of the effects of a role in the times the capacity of policy-maker economic control variables crisis. the research sample included a number of countries of the South-East Asia that have suffered from a banking crisis during the period 1997-1998, namely, (Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines), the countries most affected by the crisis without other South other East Asian.
