Abstract
Raises bank lending agriculture in Iraq, including several key issues, examining its role in the proportion of loans granted to farmers and the proportion of the development of agriculture in the light of those loans, and whether this activity is carefully checked in the stages of lending? Is that the escalating growth of the loan to continue to encourage the bank on credit? What is the role and the role of the Ministry of Agriculture in the follow-up payment? Culture whether it helps the farmer to take advantage of the loan and invest it properly? Or is it spends loan trends contrary to the purpose for which they received it?
