| Abstract The development of business organization refer in its preliminary analyses and valid reasons to the effectiveness and application a human mind in that area, that the managerial behavior, organizational products and a features of development upon the attention with acumen for the indeed real of organization in any event and will be a readiness and efficient managed that for more investment as a new opportunity or avoid it's as a threat. As well as the information technology are the effectiveness reason in using this human mind and its applications for organizational empowerment with success management. This research depend on methodology for determine its procedure and theoretical part to explain the variable expressing, the allocate a personal thoughts from (32) employee as a purposive sample in the "National Center for Management Development and Information Technology". The results by statistical analyses show an exist the relationship and effectiveness for information technology in organizational acumen, that must be recommended for use these variables and develop them to perform success organization from managers acumen. | ||
