Abstract

Sampling plan is based whatsoever on the prospects private product risk and the risk of the consumer and then rely on a curved acceptance among defective rates and the prospects for acceptance, and this is curved from the basics of the company's quality control. The case study was adopted as a method to study the fact that the study sample is a public company to manufacture batteries from companies and the Ministry of Industry and fits with what data is available from this company as well as the fact that the case study fit with the variables of the study. Organizations must develop an integrated plan to adjust the quality of the products include the development of standard specifications starting materials used and production operations through and the end of the final product specifications , As well as the identification of methods for testing and sampling methods and identify acceptable and conforming to the specifications and take the necessary measures to minimize the deviations from the prescribed specifications, which would contribute in raising the productive efficiency of the system . Based on the foregoing, went to study the design model for quality control in a scientific manner intended to reduce the damaged and defective to a minimum and to control the distractions that get in quality during the production process.
