| Since his first existence, man touched gift of good health granted by His Almighty God, therefore; he tried every effort to maintain that gift by avoiding whatever could cause harm to it. Prophets are most honest people who gave medicine profession its due, not as physicians, but because medicine is part of the divine tenets supported by the heavenly codes, and part of the prophets' heavenly mission requirements that could provide remedy for soul and peace of mind. Hence, comes the research vision to examine the idea of searching medicine for prophets' in its historical dimension for it represents an important subject which is spiritually and emotionally related man's life, besides no other researcher has paid attention to it in study. The most important results the research reached is that potency supported by His Almighty God, and sciences granted by Him to prophets, especially medicine, are compliance with God's knowledge, ordinance, and creatures and that is resigned to prophets as they are the most knowledgeable persons of His Almighty God and His ordinance and creatures. Therefore, remedies of prophets descended in the form of miracles and charismata. Medicine was not a matter of acquisition for prophets, but a matter inspiration. Islamic tenets represented in the Holy Quran and Prophetic traditions are great source for man and society fin their moral and health construction. Islamic Shari'a is the most concerned to care of man's heath than those previously revealed. | ||
