| Abstract The stock market is considered as the main engine of economic growth. The development of economic is closely linked the existence of prosperous and sophisticated stock market . The increasing and diversity of these financial papers with the acceptance of the audience is leading to increase the dealing with the stock market version and traded ,supported by the encouragement and support of stakeholders in terms of the provision of the laws and march to exercise control with a view to securing the rights of dealers and requiring them to their duties .And specializes in such transactions as moderate and a long-term and the offer comes in which of several categories of the owners of the fiscal surplus of savers who want to invest their money for a long time but the demand comes from the side of the owners of the fiscal deficit wishing to invest these funds in long-term projects .The securities traded in the this market loans through bonds or in equity by the shares or securities are transferred again. Have seen these markets in developed countries, a significant development in technologies and their organizations, while still taking its first steps in the Arab world, which is seeking to develop its financial markets in an attempt to catch up with the developed countries, from here came the problem of the research to determine the level of performance of the Iraqi market for securities being market is relatively recent compared to the global markets, has faced a lot of problems in its inception, so we are trying in this research to identify the most important ingredient that supports work in the market as well as the most important means and methods for the advancement of performance, with attention to the most important obstacles that impede the progress of work and to develop effective solutions. | ||
