Abstract
وزعت 10 من ذكور الجرذان عشوائيا الى مجموعتين(5 /مجموعة) عرضت المجموعة الأولى الى 300 كيلو فولت (يوميا من الأشعة السينية x-ray عن بعد 2 متر من جهاز التصوير الإشعاعي ولمدة 30 يوم) (T1)بينما اعتبرت المجموعة الثانية مجموعة السيطرة (T).
لوحظت في المقاطع النسجية للقصبة الهوائية انسلاخ للطبقة المبطنة لها واحتقان دموي و ارتشاح التهابي للطبقة تحت الطلائية بينما لوحظ تثخن في جدران الحويصلات الهوائية وذمة وارتشاح التهابي في متن النسج الرئوي.نستنتج من الدراسة الحالية ان التعرض المزمن للأشعة السينية x-rayيؤدي الى حصول تلف نسجي للقصبة الهوائية والرئتين.
