Abstract
To achieve the research goals a scale was prepared including extension programs, consisted its items. Data was collected from sample of 298 questionnaires The resource of natural posture or range land in Iraq has an important role in the national economy. The natural posture which is the name food source for the animals it covered 70-75% of the whole Iraqi areas. while the whole areas of the fosters that represent 4% of the whole Iraq lands. The government have provide the rural society with all important requirements, and gave agricultural materials to improve their lands in the natural posture, also to educate them with new agricultural methods. The service of education and extension, and Informational programs war given by the Ministry of agricultural and its institutes in the region governments .The agricultural extension and education help the rural society to improve their knowledge and skills and to adopt the new technological techniques in agricultural fields to increase the production in the natural posture, and the main methods for extension adoption depending planning programs participated on using package aggregation of extension programs. Methods, a scale was prepared including, extension programs, consisted of 16 items ranging bet 16- 64 degree, and extension needs scale was consisted of 16 items ranging between 16-64 degree, the results showed that 76% of the sample farmers knowledge needs for extension programs arrange 58-64 degree and it at high level needs ,the results revealed that the average level of participation was 1.998 degree and this is leas than the average 2.5 degree, the high level of planning with participation on arrange was 3.17 degree and the low level was 1.08 degree on scale from four degrees. and the nature relationship between the group of independent factor of the social and economic status and extension knowledge need &the level of participation in program planning extension activities, is a direct correlation, moderate ,and are mostly statistically significant. The researcher recommend to improve planning assistance for the effectiveness of agricultural rural communities level.
