| The relationship between energy consumption and environment pollution has become clear due to the negative results so there must be a conversion from fuel consumption to the alternative or inventive energy resources such as (solar energy, ebb and flow energy, active mass energy). One of the least cost and suitable alternative resources is the energy of the winds. The Iraqi cities which have undergone shortage in electric power have speedy winds that can be utilized in producing electric power.
