| Abstract | ||
| Generally considered the phenomenon of corruption is a global phenomenon and widespread, found in all communities, including developing and developed to varying degrees, so that corruption has become a phenomenon hardly devoid of them community. The phenomenon of corruption in addition to being a cross-border phenomenon, it is deeply rooted phenomenon and take a broad dimensions overlap with and connected by several concepts and factors are difficult to distinguish between them, and also vary the degree of availability and comprehensiveness of society to another. | ||
